Our Leasing Program is designed to provide you an hassle free, money saving, and safe experience.

Our Christmas light service is fully inclusive including the lights, strands, clips, socket wire, and plugs. We custom cut your commercial LED lights, so that they perfectly fit the peaks and gutter lines of your home.

How it works

We provide all lighting from our commercial supplier
First Response will lease the lights to you on a yearly basis
If there are any maintenance issues with the lights we will come for a maintenance call for free. This way you don’t ever have to worry about purchasing lights again or getting up there to fix anything.

Our Hassle Free Holiday Lighting Installation Process

Consultation
1. We first come to your home and understand your needs and wants for your Holiday Lighting. Providing Colour and types of lighting, we will be able to show you exactly what your home will look like all lit up!
Installation
1. Technicians arrive at your house on time and prepared for the project. We safely cut to size and install lights to all designated areas. Ensuring all lights are properly installed and working, we leave your house with the lights on a timer so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Takedown
1. Our crew comes back to your home in January to takedown the lights. We label the lights to ensure we can efficiently install for the next year.
Storage
1. We store the lights properly inside our warehouse to ensure they don’t get ruined by moisture, misplaced, or broken.
Installation for the next year holidays
1. We return the following October to Install your lights and the process continues.
